We are happy to provide our annual Head of School Compensation Survey for the thirteenth consecutive year. This confidential survey collects and disseminates useful compensation data and trends to participating Heads in a simple, user-friendly format. As always, your participation entitles you to a free copy of the National Compensation Trends Report, which will be available after we close the survey.

The survey should take no more than fifteen minutes to complete. Be sure to have your compensation data in front of you before you start the survey. Many Heads choose to forward the survey invite to their financial leader to guarantee the most accurate data is entered.

We also ask that all responses are provided as full numbers and not abbreviations. For example, if your school’s operating budget is $10,000,000, then please provide the full number rather than “10.” The same goes for all the numbers provided in the survey.
